With the subsidies, I only have to pay RM 28,000...BUT....I am only earning RM 1500 a month, where am I suppose to get the money...

OF COURSE, we have bank, so I borrow RM 28,000 from bank for my new car, Installment period stretch the max to 10 years!

Every months, I have to pay RM300 approximately...

it means....darn.....darn....NOW.... I only have RM 1200 to spend every month because of my new commitment....

Damn! I rather drive my old CAR...............................

Newspaper plays up Racial Hatred!

If you watched TV 1, TV2 and TV3 for the past 2 days, the press conference for Kapal was played up again and again, and the news broadcasters even used harsh words to describe, not only to Kapal, but Pakatan Rakyat as defiance against Sultan's wish. They use the words 'Derhaka', 'Biadap' and 'Kurang Ajar'. Of all, they are trying to create chaos among the Malay towards Pakatan Rakyat. The play up is even stronger for Utusan Malaysia.

But I can tell the BN government, the more you manipulate the media, the more we hate you. We all, Malay, Chinese, Indian, are one educated Malaysian, and not easily manipulated by you. Your dirty tactic only works on those who are not highly educated and blindly support your corrupted government.

All I can say, I will support Pakatan Rakyat in Perak because they have won over 50% votes from the past election. It is clearly the Perakian's wish to see Pakatan Rakyat rule Perak.

All I can say, I will support Kapal in filing suit against the Sultan, because everyone is subjected to Court of Law. If Sultan makes a mistake and is reluctant to correct the mistake, then Let's the Court decideds.

Ketika keputusan pilihanraya pada 8 Mac 2008 diumumkan, semua rakyat bersorak kegembiraan. BN hilang 2/3 majoriti, BN hilang 5 negeri, Samy Vellu kalah, Sharizat kalah, KJ pada kiraan awal kalah lepas itu menang dengan penurunan majoriti dengan begitu mendadak. Semuanya disambut dengan penuh rasa kegembiraan, tangisan, dan sambutan terhadap kemenangan tersebut diraikan dengan penuh rasa syukur.

Namun apabila kerajaan Pakatan Rakyat di Perak goyah dan telah dirampas kekuasaannya dengan tidak mengikut undang - undang. Mula kedengaran suara - suara busuk mengeji Anwar Bin Ibrahim. Ada yang mengatakan beliau tidak pandai memilih calon. Ada yang mengatakan sebab beliau yang sibuk - sibuk cakap fasal 16 September maka inilah hasilnya. Perak hilang.

Bezanya Anwar dan Najib adalah Anwar mahu peralihan kuasa itu dilakukan dengan cara mengikuti undang - undang. Anwar telah meminta agar Pak Lah memanggil satu sidang khas parlimen dijalankan. Adakah Pak Lah akur dengan tuntutan beliau, sudah pasti tidak. Kenapa tidak akur kerana Pak Lah tahu pasti ada beberapa Ahli Parlimen BN yang akan memberi undi tidak percaya kepada beliau. Speaker Dewan Rakyat juga telah beberapa kali menolak usul undi tidak percaya yang diusulkan oleh Pakatan Rakyat. Anwar tidak gopoh seperti mana Najib. Anwar tidak menculik dua Adun KeADILan dan membawanya ke Pekan. Anwar tidak terus memaksa Agong memecat Pak Lah. Anwar tetap mahu melakukannya dengan mengikut perlembagaan negara. Kerana apa? Kerana beliau tidak mahu peralihan kuasa itu berlaku dengan kekacauan. Lihat di Perak. Apabila kekuasaan itu dilakukan tidak mengikut perlembagaan Sultan sendiri terasa bahananya. Itulah yang membezakan upacara LOMPAT ANWAR dengan NAJIB.

Apabila terjadinya pembelotan oleh dua Exco KeADILan, segera tampil beberapa insan yang mengutuk Anwar Bin Ibrahim kerana tidak pandai mengenal calonnya itu. Baik, biar saya berikan beberapa contoh. Contoh yang pertama, ibubapa mana yang tidak mahu anaknya menjadi insan yang berguna. Anak - anak diberi didikan supaya mereka tidak menjadi gangster, amanah, tidak rasuah, tidak bunuh orang dengan C4, tidak bunuh orang di penjara dan bermacam lagi perkara buruk yang tidak terjadi kepada mereka. Tapi apabila anak - anak itu tetap juga menjadi jahat adakah ianya salah ibubapa. Nabi Nuh a.s juga gagal mendakwah anak dan isterinya. Adakah Nabi Nuh a.s gagal? Tidak, ini semuanya berlaku diluar jangkaan kita. Contoh kedua, apabila si suami berkahwin dengan isterinya sudah pasti mereka mahu perkahwinan mereka kekal dan bahagia senantiasa. Segala kasih sayang dan pengorbanan dilakukan dengan ikhlas dan dengan rela hati semahunya. Tapi jika si suami mempunyai perempuan simpanan adakah si isteri mengetahuinya. Bila si suami membawa perempuan simpanannya pergi ke mana - mana untuk melepaskan nafsunya adakah si isterinya tahu dan begitu juga sebaliknya. Semuanya ini berlaku diluar jangkaan kita. Kita bukannya Tuhan. Hanya Tuhan sahaja yang mampu mengenal makhluk ciptaanNya. Walaupun tarbiyah, usrah, sekolah, kelas - kelas diberikan kalau sudah ditakdirkan mereka menjadi jahat maka jahatlah mereka. PAS pernah hilang Allahyarham Asri Muda, Nakhaie. PRM pernah hilang Kassim Ahmad. DAP pernah hilang Lee Lam Thye. Adakah ini semua salah pucuk pimpinan. Tidak dapat dinafikan mungkin ada beberapa perkara yang menyebabkan mereka khianat. Tapi adakah mereka boleh menjangkakan. TIDAK!!

Saya merasa jijik dan sedih kerana beberapa insan yang telah mengutuk Anwar dan Pakatan Rakyat. Semua orang mahu melakukan terbaik. Tapi jika sudah begini suratan takdir apa yang kita boleh buat. Cukup sekadar kita menjadikannya sebagai iktibar dan pedoman. Jadikan peristiwa ini sebagai satu pemangkin semangat untuk terus berjuang mereka yang zalim ini. Perompak tidak akan berhenti merompak. Perompak tidak akan merompak ikut pintu depan sahaja. Mereka akan merompak dari semua segenap penjuru. Walaupun kita ada pengalaman dari tahun 1961 tapi mereka yakni Zionis Malaysia ini tidak akan berhenti merompak. Mereka akan menggunakan taktik - taktik yang licik sampai ada satu tahap menculik wakil - wakil rakyat kita. Tidak boleh beli RM 50 juta, diculiknya mereka.

Saya bukannya taksub dengan Anwar Bin Ibrahim. Tapi saya simpati dengan beliau kerana beliau bersungguh - sungguh untuk memastikan Malaysia selamat dari cengkaman Zionis Malaysia. Beliau bersungguh - sungguh membawa PAS dan DAP duduk semeja. Beliau bersungguh - sungguh membawa usul tidak percaya dan memanggil sidang khas Parlimen tapi tidak berjaya. Adakah ini salah beliau. Kita merancang wahai sahabatku. Selebihnya Tuhan yang menentukan.

Jadi buat mereka yang mengkritik yang keterlaluan terhadap beliau renung - renungkan. Kuatkan semangat dan teruskan berjuang. Buat mereka yang hanya duduk didalam pejabat yang berhawa dingin, di rumah dan yang tidak pernah berjuang hatta menampak poster di pokok ketika pilihanraya you can shut your mouth!!!! - dragsuperstar

[DIKEMAS KINI] KUALA LUMPUR: Undang-undang membolehkan seseorang Sultan untuk dibawa ke mahkamah, kata bekas Perdana Menteri, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad hari ini.

"Dari segi etika, ia tidak baik tetapi dari segi perundangan, tiada siapa yang boleh dihalang daripada menyaman (Sultan)... ini undang-undang," katanya.

Berhubung soalan sama ada Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) sewajarnya telah dibubarkan, bekas Presiden umno itu memberitahu, DUN Perak seharusnya telah bertemu dan memutuskan undi tidak percaya ke atas Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin kerana ia satu-satunya cara untuk menjatuhkan kerajaan negeri pimpinannya.

"Bagaimanapun jika Menteri Besar (Nizar) enggan mengadakan sidang DUN, tiada siapa yang boleh memaksa beliau," katanya.

Bagaimanapun, Dr. Mahathir yang pernah berhadapan dengan isu krisis Perlembagaan Persekutuan semasa kepimpinannya menjelaskan, dalam keadaan seumpama itu Nizar tidak boleh berbuat demikian untuk tempoh yang lama kerana DUN perlu bersidang untuk membentangkan bajet dan sebagainya.

Ketika ditanya sama ada orang Melayu akan kecewa dengan tindakan saman seumpama itu, Dr. Mahathir berkata, beliau sebagai seorang Melayu tidak bersetuju dengan langkah tersebut tetapi ramai orang Melayu yang menyokong Karpal.

"Inilah Melayu moden, saya ini orang tua," kata Perdana Menteri dari tahun 1981 hingga 2003 ini ketika ditemui wartawan di Seri Kembangan hari ini.

Menjawab soalan berkaitan dengan krisis perlembagaan dengan keengganan Nizar dan pelantikan Zambry sebagai Menteri Besar baru, Dr. Mahathir berkata, Pakatan perlu membuktikan kes mereka jika wujud pencabulan undang-undang.

"Kita ada undang-undang. Anda kena patuhinya sama ada anda suka ataupun tidak. Selagi ada undang-undang, anda kena mematuhinya," kata beliau.

Beliau mengulas kenyataan Pengerusi DAP Karpal Singh semalam bahawa Pakatan Rakyat akan mengambil tindakan undang-undang terhadap Sultan Perak dan Barisan Nasional (BN) jika masih berkeras untuk melantik Menteri Besar yang baru.

Majlis itu berlangsung petang semalam di Istana Iskandariah di Kuala Kangsar.

Kata beliau, Pakatan tidak mempunyai pilihan bagi mengambil tindakan itu kerana pelucutan jawatan Menteri Besar Perak Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin oleh Sultan Azlan Shah, yang dikatakan mengikut Artikel 16 (6) Undang-undang Tubuh Negeri, adalah jelas di luar batas kuasa dalam peruntukan artikel itu.

"Dalam undang-undang, keputusan Sultan Perak boleh dipersoal di mahkamah undang-undang. Saya meminta Sultan menghentikan dan berhenti daripada melantik seorang MB BN baru dan ahli majlis mesyuarat selepas tengah hari ini, kata beliau pada sidang akhbar beberapa jam sebelum upacara tersebut.

Karpal Singh berkata, tindakan ini tidak boleh, dalam apa jua cara, dilihat sebagai ancaman kepada sultan tetapi merupakan peringatan tegas bahawa pemerintah diperlukan untuk bertindak di dalam lingkungan had dan batas perlembagaan Undang-undang Tubuh Negeri Perak yang merupakan undang-undang tertinggi di negeri itu.

Beberapa jam selepas itu, Ketua Umum Pakatan Rakyat, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim pula berkata, pihaknya tidak akan memfailkan saman terhadap Sultan Perak seperti yang didakwa oleh Karpal.

Penasihat Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) itu berkata dakwaan menyaman Sultan Perak itu hanyalah menurut laporan media sahaja.

Anwar berkata Pakatan Rakyat berpendirian Mohammad Nizar masih lagi Menteri Besar Perak yang sah mengikut undangundang dan perlembagaan negeri Perak.

Beliau mendakwa pelantikan Anggota Dewan Undangan Negeri (ADUN) Pangkor, Datuk Dr Zambry Kadir sebagai Menteri Besar tidak sah dan bercanggah dengan perlembagaan.

Saman Sultan Perak perbuatan hina raja - Najib

IPOH 6 Feb. - Tindakan pakatan pembangkang mahu menyaman Sultan Perak di mahkamah merupakan satu perbuatan menghina raja yang tidak wajar sama sekali dilakukan oleh sesiapa yang menyanjung tinggi Raja Berperlembagaan.

Timbalan Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak menegaskan, perbuatan itu jelas mempersoalkan maruah dan imej Sultan Azlan Shah sebagai raja pemerintah yang mempunyai hak membuat tafsiran dari segi perlembagaan berhubung kedudukan seseorang Menteri Besar.

''Keputusan yang dibuat oleh Tuanku berdasarkan pengamatan Tuanku bahawa ia menepati Undang-Undang Tubuh Negeri Perak.

''Jika sekiranya Mohammad Nizar dan pakatan pembangkang nak saman Tuanku, ia mempersoalkan maruah dan imej Tuanku sebagai raja pemerintah," kata beliau kepada Utusan Malaysia di Lapangan Terbang Sultan Azlan Shah di sini petang ini sebelum berlepas pulang ke Kuala Lumpur.

Terdahulu Najib bersama isterinya, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor menghadiri majlis angkat sumpah Datuk Dr. Zambry Abdul Kadir sebagai Menteri Besar Perak ke-11 di Istana Iskandariah, Kuala Kangsar.

Ditanya perasaannya selepas kejayaan BN menguasai kerajaan negeri, Najib yang juga Pengerusi Badan Perhubungan UMNO Perak berkata, perkembangan terbaru itu memberi kesempatan kepada BN untuk berkhidmat kepada rakyat Perak.

''Saya anggap ini bukan kemenangan peribadi tapi sebagai satu kemenangan kepada rakyat Perak untuk memulakan satu era baru demi masa depan mereka," katanya.

Di Kuala Lumpur, Pengerusi DAP Kebangsaan, Karpal Singh berkata, pakatan pembangkang akan mengambil tindakan undang-undang terhadap Sultan Perak dan BN jika masih berkeras untuk melantik Menteri Besar baru.

English Translation :

Assume monthly basic salary is RM4000.
- If your monthly EPF contribution is 11% ( RM440 ), taxable income = RM3560, income tax payable = RM77.
- If your monthly EPF contribution is 8% ( RM320 ), taxable income = RM3680, income tax payable = RM109.

Conclusion : If you choose to contribute 8%, you will end up paying more income tax to the government,
which will make the government richer. Finance Minister Najib said this measure is meant
to boost up the slow-down market, but from this example wee see that the money does not
go into the market. Instead the money goes direct into the government's pocket through
the greater amount of income tax that we will have to pay. Obviously this measure does not
help the market at all. Do we still want this kind of government that doesn't have the best interest
of the people in mind?

EPF to adjust members' contributions to 8% from January

PETALING JAYA: Employees Provi­dent Fund (EPF) members will be able to benefit from the three percentage point reduction of their monthly contribution rate from January.

In a statement yesterday, EPF said the reduction of the employees’ contribution from 11% to 8% would be made automatically for the ease of members and to facilitate implementation measures.

“This arrangement will be implemented until the December 2010 wage,” said EPF public relations senior manager Nik Affendi Jaafar in a statement yesterday.

However, members who wish to maintain their 11% contribution rate can still do so by filling up Form KWSP 17A (AHL) and handing it to their employers for submission to EPF.

Finance Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak announced recently that members could reduce their monthly contributions from 11% to 8% to give them more disposable income. The announcement was part of a stimulus package to help boost economic growth.

“The decision to reduce members’ statutory contribution rate was taken twice before in 2001 and in 2003 as part of economic stimulus packages,” said Nik Affendi.

EPF would be issuing a new monthly contributions schedule accordingly, he said.

“Members and employers may obtain the new schedule and Form KWSP 17A (AHL) from all EPF branches or download them from our website at www.kwsp.gov.my from Dec 1 onwards,” he added.

When you apply for the monthly withdrawal, you only need to provide KWSP yr housing loan & instalment details from yr bank and the bank a/c # you like KWSP to bank the monthly withdrawal into it. KWSP will approve yr application based on the available amt in yr A/C II and compute the withdrawal period by dividing the approved amt with the monthly instalment amt. Application process takes about a month and you will receive the monthly payout promptly into yr bank a/c! Well everything appear to be nice and good. It was indeed a noble plan until you take to close look at yr KWSP Statement! The withdrawal plan is actually a SCAM! This is how the KWSP SCAM works....... Assuming you have RM100,000 in yr A/C II and yr housing loan's monthly instalment is RM2000/mth. KWSP will approve yr application of withdrawal from yr A/C II of RM100,000 and pay you RM2000/mth for the next 50mths. Everything appears to be in order BUT....... What KWSP didn't highlight to you is that when the application was approved, the TOTAL AMT (RM100,000) is removed from yr A/C II! It appears to be transfered to an unknown a/c to effect the monthly payment from therein. The impact to the member are as follows :- 1. You just lost RM100,000 from yr A/C II. Assuming the KWSP Dividend is 5%, you will lose >RM4,000 in dividend during the 1st year. Based on the above example you will will lose >RM10,000 over the 50 mths period! 2. There is no statement to account for the amt approved vs amt paid, hence you would need to keep the monthly payment voucher to reconcile against the approved amt over the 50mths period to ensure there is no missing amt! Assuming there are 100,000 members who innocently fell prey to this SCAM, based on the above example, KWSP would have cheated the members of 100,000 X RM10,000 = RM1,000,000,000 (that's RM1 BILLION) over the period! Furthermore, if you discovered this SCAM early and intend to stop the plan, KWSP would not allow any cancellation of the plan until at least 1 year. That would mean, once the application is approved, based on the above example, you would have lost >RM4,000. 100,000 members would have lost 100,000 X RM4,000 = RM400,000,000 (RM400 MILLION) in One Year!!! If you're a victim of this KWSP SCAM, would suggest you call yr MP to raise hell in Parliament! For others who have not fallen into this SCAM, pls continue to watch out and alert yr family & friends about this. HOW COULD THE GOVERNMENT ALLOW ITS AGENCY TASKED WITH SAFEGUARIDNG ITS CITIZEN'S HARD EARNED MONEY TO CHEAT ITS MEMBERS IN THIS MANNER???

FROM Sunday October 26, 2008 Hypermarkets to take lead in reducing prices

IT IS going to be easier on the pockets for Malaysians from as early as next week.

After a barrage of hard-hitting news caused by spiralling fuel prices, price tags are coming down at hypermarkets.

This will be the first time that prices of consumer goods are being reduced, after the drastic increase in fuel prices in June.

Since then, pump prices have tumbled from RM2.70 to RM2.30 (RON 97 petrol).

Hypermarkets are making preparations to reduce prices of canned and fresh food, and clothing.

A major hypermarket chain proprietor estimates that his prices will drop from 15% to 30%.

And there will be more good news at the pumps - petrol prices are likely to come down by 15 sen.

Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Ra­­zak said consumers could look forward to better times.

Parliament: Cops scared of crooks, so base closed!

KUALA LUMPUR: A police beat base in the Chow Kit area of downtown Kuala Lumpur was closed down because it was in a location that was considered unsafe, said Home Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar.

In a written reply to Dr Lo’ Lo’ Mohamad Ghazali (PAS-Titiwangsa), Syed Hamid said the beat base was located in a dirty area where there was a possibility of being exposed to contagious diseases.

The presence of criminals also posed a threat to the safety of police officers, he said.

Dr Mohd Hatta said that if the police themselves felt unsafe in a beat base, then it would be even worse for the public.

“The minister has to resign if he is worried about the safety of police in that area. Maybe it would be better to put the beat base in army barracks,” he said.

Dr Mohd Hatta then managed to raise the issue again during his own debate on Budget 2009 saying that Syed Ali’s response was not rational.

“The police are there to make a place safe. If they themselves are scared and run away, then how can we hope for others to want to be there?

Probe initiated into Hindraf, cops monitoring members

KUALA TERENGGANU: Police have initiated investigations into Hindu Rights Action Force

(Hindraf) and are monitoring the movement of its members following Wednesday’s ban by the Government.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan said members could face arrest if they remained defiant and proceeded to organise gatherings.

“They have been banned and deemed illegal, therefore cannot do anything.

“Hindraf’s status is akin to a secret society,” he said here on Thursday.

Musa did not elaborate on the type of action that would be taken against Hindraf members, saying this would be up to the Attorney-General.
